HISTORICAL REFERENCETerms of reference · September 2022
The earlier terms of reference describe a need to reduce fragmentation, share information about partner support and improve alignment with government priorities.
They emphasize knowledge sharing, coordinated implementation, joint reviews and missions, and partner dialogue with government.
These are historical terms of reference. Their proposed membership, chairing, secretariat and meeting arrangements are not presented as current Forum governance. Current arrangements are awaiting partner confirmation.
